He is a Co-Founder and Designated Partner at InCorp Restructuring Services LLP with over four decades of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Restructuring, Private Equity, Stressed Asset Advisory, M&A Advisory, etc. He is also the founder and former Managing Director of "Jayesh Sanghrajka & Co. LLP”.
He has a track record of successfully advising high-profile clients, including government agencies, on transaction-related issues about company law, turnaround, taxation, and auditing. He has also assisted a vast number of corporates concerning their fund-raising requirement worth INR 6,000 Cr +
via debt and equity routes.
With more than two decades of experience in real estate advisory services, he has successfully resolved debt claims of INR 10K Cr+ of real estate sector distress situations, while safeguarding the interest of 5,000+ homebuyers. He is a Co-Founder and Designated Partner at InCorp Restructuring Services LLP with over three decades of experience in Project Financing, Corporate Restructuring, Transaction Advisory, Taxation, Accounting, etc. He is also the Founder and Senior Partner at “Vinay & Keshava LLP, Chartered Accountants (VKCA)”. With more than two decades of experience in real estate advisory services, he has successfully resolved the real estate insolvency of Metrik Infraprojects, Dhammanagi Developers, etc.
He is a recipient of the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Award and has acted as the Treasurer of the
Karnataka State Cricket Association along with and Member of the Finance Committee Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). He was also elected as the Chairman of the Bangalore Branch of ICAI and Vice-Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI).
He has authored a book for Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association on “Preparation of project reports and documentation for short term and long-term Finances” which was released at the hands of Honourable Ex-Prime Minister of India (then Union Finance Minister of India) Dr. Manmohan Singh.

He is a seasoned professional with a wealth of corporate governance, law, and finance knowledge. In addition, he holds several other professional certifications, including an Associate in Life Insurance, a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has significant experience managing corporate distress situations and has helped numerous entities with the insolvency resolution process.
With over three decades of experience in diverse sectors including life insurance, commercial banking, financial institutions, and multinational corporations, he has held significant positions. He has served as a Deputy General Manager at IDBI before retiring in 2005.
Over his career, he has consulted on corporate law and finance for over 17 years, and since 2013, he has been an advocate. In addition to being appointed as a Mediator by the Bombay High Court, he participates in grievance resolution as a member of the National Stock Exchange's and NCDEX Mumbai's Grievances Resolution Committee.
